Fair Housing Laws & Requirements is a THREE one-hour series using Zoom technology. Participants will be exposed to the Federal Fair Housing history, the protected cohorts, and identifying covert discriminatory practices. Participants will know the key stages in filing a formal complaint. Case studies and "real-life" scenarios will be evaluated in this LIVE and INTERACTIVE study session series. For smartphones, you will need to download the ZOOM app to participate with visual and audio capabilities. Tablets and computers will require a ZOOM download. All smart devices, tablets and computers need audio, webcam and internet access to connect to ZOOM.
