Avoiding Foreclosure & Preventing Mortgage Default is a THREE one-hour series using Zoom technology. This series is designed to explore and examine predatory lending practices, federal regulatory policies in response to the foreclosure crisis, judicial versus non-judicial process, lien theory versus title theory states, crisis budgeting, and loss mitigation options (retention and disposition). Participants will be equipped with micro-case studies, practice test questions and illustrative charts to convey and reinforce teaching principles shared in this LIVE and INTERACTIVE study series.
